Hi ozdatters,
I'm progressing with my FJ install and am now ready to drop it in having
reversed the crossmember etc. Before I do however I want to finish my
struts. I want to go ahead and order threaded collars and 60mm ID springs to
go on my S12 struts but can anybody suggest what kind of poundage and length
springs I need? The car will be getting some amatuer track use and maybe
5000kms a year on the road so I'm happy with a fairly stiff ride.
Having slotted the top mounts I found the S12 struts will fit but with less
than a degree of neg camber. I figure this isn't enough... maybe 2 deg ,
yeah? Can anybody advise me on this? I have a plan for adjustable bottom
arms which seems like a good idea. If 2 degrees is right I'll go with that
idea and let you all know how it works out.
