Chris,
If you want to save some money, grab the 5/16 fuel line out of an older 510
(<69 I think) which had the dual lines. I am using this for the supply to
rail line, and a stock 1/4 line as the return, but if youre chasing big
horsepower perhaps you could use the 5/16 as return? Take it along with you
to the metal shop and get a 3/8 one bent to match, then fit both at the
same time. I just used 20 or so zip ties and the bendable stock guides.
Easy!

Subject: fuel supply question
Time has finally come to set up the fuel supply on my z18/20et. Iwas told by
my local auto place they can get mild steel tubing 3/8th inch that he claims
would be suitable for $28 per 6metre roll. I was wondering would this be
suitable if i used high pressure hosing for the rest (tank to pump, pump to
surge, surge to pump, front wheel arch to fuel rail n back.)would this be a
suitable set up. Also what would you guys recommend for a good surge supply
tank (errol have u got anything suitable for pre pump and high flow pump? id
rather chuck money your way.) I have the stock z18et pump here but i dont
think ill end up using it. I think thats about it cheers for any advise
fellas
regards chris
