Anthony,
I had a similar problem with extractors hitting the steering idler mount
point. I made up some spacers to go between the engine mounts on the cross
member & the engine & this moved the engine up about 5-7mm which gave
enough clearance so there was no more interference.
I have never seen a mount other than the one on the rear cross member & the
rear chasis rail under the boot.
