I had a problem fitting extractors to my L20 in my 1600. Even though the L
engine are similar, some extractors fit in some cars better than others. I
had to get another set of extractors(don't know brand name) but they fiited
a lot better. You may have to look at alternative Extractors.
You mentioned your 1600 has rack and pinion steering???? Did you do this mod
yourself??
