It really depends on what 1600 head - if it's a 210 (36cc L16) then you have
pretty reasonable power down low but ordinary mid-range and top end due to
the small ports etc, If it's an (36cc) A87 or (39cc) W53 (Stanza PA10) then
these give about the same performance as a stockish L20B with U67 head. The
stock L20B will not be a fast as the L18 as a rule but it will push slightly
steeper gearing to compensate and the L20B will be a fair bit thirstier
(~10-15%), again a steeper tyre size or diff ratio can correct this.

The next question is should I... At the moment I have a L18 with a 1600
head, What would the main difference be between the two engines be...
Obviously I should be able to get more power from the L20... Is there
anything I would be sacrificing by changing to the L20??
