Soon I will be dropping a wild L20B (twin 45s, ported, high-compression etc)
into the 1600. I intend to race and rally this car, it will not be a daily
driver.
I got an oil cooler adapter plate that I would like to use so I'm wondering
if there are any cheap oil coolers that will fit the 510. I guess it will
have to sit in front of the radiator?? Can you just use a heater core? (-as
I have a few 1600 heater units spare). Do you need a fan blowing on the oil
cooler? Also I need to get some new lash pads for the L20B. Is there an easy
way of telling what thickness to get? Any info would be great.
