I am told that once you know what you are doing, you can pull one down and re-assemble it in an hour or two. Some website I was reading said there is 10 times less moving parts in a rotary compared to a 4 cylinder engine. I suppose the crucial things that can go wrong are just as likely on either type, such as piston rings, apex seals, etc..
Love to get my hands on a bung rota and just pull it down for the hell of it... Wink wink to anyone who's got one lying around.. :) -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Craig Coffey Sent: Wednesday, 2 January 2002 7:54 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: WHY SO QUIET? I've resprung a couple of rota's and they are pretty simple.
