Umm.. unsure what high-top pistons are.. but the top of the piston is just flat.. as in its not dished or anything.. just flat. I am fairly confident I haven't bent the valves because the scraping is just on the carbon build up on top of 4 and 5 pistons. However.. it still doesn't explain why I have/had virtually no compression on the other cylinders.. 50psi on number 1. 0 on 6, 25 on 5 etc etc? Have i forgotten something when replacing the head gasket?.. Do i need to use any gluey sticky crap on the gasket?.. i seem to remember some destructions somewhere saying not to use it at all. Or have i just scratched/warped the head?
