An early Silvia or Gazelle cable works well too with much the same mods as the Bluey, and the pedal feels much tighter than the std 1600 setup, also a reversed manual gearbox xmember works with a little slotting of the centre mounts or a 180b xmember with new mounting holes and bracing in the floorpan. Another idea might be to reverse the front xmember and use the orig. z18 sump, if you might want to fit an FJ,CA,Sr later on.
