hi, there is a anti squeal stuff, it is actually a type off glue that you put on the back of the pad so that it sticks to the caliper piston. the squeal is actually a sorta vibration between the pad and piston. try some supaglue or maybe contact type cement. i have roughened the pads up and that worked for a while. also try putting a few very slight cuts in the pads witha hacksaw.
