Bob, Brake squeal is cool as far as I'm concerned, gets the attention of everyone stopped when you come screaming into the lights in a 30yo Datto and they don't much want to go near you ever after. Some pads just squeal when they're cold and there's not much you can do about it. By all means try the anti-squeal stuff but don't be surprised if it only works for a short time.
