Ryan,

Charcoal canisters are fairly generic in the what they do and the
connections. There are usually 3 pipes on them and some are even have labels
on the connections.
1. vapour vent line from the fuel tank.
2. purge line which connects into the intake system somewhere
3. signal line which goes from the bypass vac lines on the engine to the
valve on the canister

Line one should be easy to find, but where 2 & 3 actually go to on the
Charade engine is anyone's guess - workshop manual might be worth a look at.

regards
Terry

Thanks guys for the replies Stew is ringing Richard this morning Jon thanks
for that basically apparently is because the engine wasn't built for
australian standards so it might mean a trip to get emissions test : ( I am
guess the charcoal canister should be hooled up to does anybody know how ?
are they generic? or all different anyway we'll get there thanks again.

Ryan
