Thanks Andrew,   I have replaced the bailey channels as well.   It appears when you wind the window up fully it is miss - aligned and you push it to make it line up.   When you wind it down it drops as you wind - weird.   Ive checked the guide channels and adjusted, check the nylon rollers Im lost.   Anyways I will have another crack at it over the weekend.   Thanks anyway.   Mark O'Connor   PS - the car looks great - I hope mine can look as good once fininshed - but thats some time away yet. Therefore with the window in its full up position, it can be pushed down the 15mm again with your hands (not good for security).
