Good morning list,
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem I encountered
on the weekend.
I was putting my door windows back into my 1600 - Problem is the drivers
door window - when you wind it up it goes crooked and doesn't seem to seal at
the top.
When you wind it down, it drops every now and then (only slightly).
Would this be the result of a worn window regulator? - It seems to be
unbalanced to me.
Also, is it normal for the lower edge of the windows where it sits into the
channel, when fully up is exposed? I have not yet put the inner or outer weather
strips on but it doesn't look lik they will cover it. I site about 5mm above the
top of the door.
Sorry for the long message.
Regards
Mark O'Connor
