The window can be adjusted by altering the guide channels in the
door. Loosen the channel screws and slide sideways in the direction
opposite to that needed to align the window to the top chanel.
The problem of the window dropping may be either a sticky guide channel,
due to the mis alignment, or the channel across the base of the glass
that the winder is fitted to is loose, and the window "falls" down to
reconnect to the winder. (poor description - anyone do a better
one?)
