Depending on the type of turbo the exhaust housing goes onto a bit of a taper and has a heat shroud between the housing and the cartrige.Ive only ever had to spray some wd40 then hit the ex housing with a hamer whilst holding the cartrige in my hand.I always use some never sieze on the bolts and housing when assembling them.
