clutch probs.

hey peeps
started up my dato on the weekend (started first time after sitting for 5 months!) only to find out that when i tried to put it in gear, the clutch felt very light - like there was no pressure build up in it. it just basically pushes in and out very easily and i cannot put it into gear while the car is runnning. can anyone suggest a remedy please as i need to get it down to the workshop on the weekend for a few things, but first i need to get it in gear.
