If only clutch problems evident then you were fortunate. You should have
checked all of the fluid level i.e. brakes, clutch, coolant, oil after a 5
months hibernation. Moisture gets into rubber seals and shrivels them to the
point that they leak - not good for your health if you don't check it all
out before the first drive.

Subject: clutch probs.

hey peeps
started up my dato on the weekend (started first time after sitting for 5
months!) only to find out that when i tried to put it in gear, the clutch
felt very light - like there was no pressure build up in it. it just
basically pushes in and out very easily and i cannot put it into gear while
the car is runnning. can anyone suggest a remedy please as i need to get it
down to the workshop on the weekend for a few things, but first i need to
get it in gear.

thanks guys
ry
