Over here in Perth, there are a lot of mechanics who won't look at your car
unless you agree to pay their minimum set price, which normally is 2 hours,
I have seen as low as minimum $45.00 just for a look, and if they do
something to fix your car they discount you the $45.00 of the number of
hours they are working on it..
Hense the reason I have never set foot in any mechanic workshops myself.
Bugger that.
Do the job myself and spend the rest on other bits I need, or want.
