Thats the thing though, pretty sure that the ones that are supposed to be 200B struts are not, so i have to get some struts now, would it be better to get the 240K struts, or the 200B struts, or even the struts from an R30 or R31 skyline??

The easiest /best rear disc conversion is the R31 Pintara/Skyline. Fronts: Your 200B struts will take Commodore discs, you then need to find the right calipers. Archives when running should have some good info on this upgrade.
