With regards to this guys I have a 1600 with the twin master cylinders at the moment and wanted to fit the 180 B sss booster, a Mechanic told me it could not be done as there isn't enough room in the car or something. Any ideas, I thought it was a simple bolt on conversion.

Thanks terry, okay, what i have is: L20B mild work, twin 40mm delortoes, 5spd, blahblah, braking wise was standard 1600 with single master. I have just put in the rebuilt 180B booster twin master, and what i was after, is if it was realatively easy and not too costly, it would be nice to convert it to 5 stud, if not ill stick with the 4 stud, so yeah, i need to get some struts and was wondering on the possibilities.... >From: Terry Rudd <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >Subject: RE: HELP: strut probs, brake advice? >Date: Tue, 15 Jul 2003 06:10:26 +1000 > >Stuey, > >Depends? on a lot of other factors so I say from what you've told us. > >The strut is only a part of the total suspension unit which contains eg the >brakes.
