Depends? on a lot of other factors so I say from what you've told us.
The strut is only a part of the total suspension unit which contains eg the brakes. You'll need to spell out exactly what your requirements i.e. what you are trying to achieve in this area as there are many dependencies.

Thats the thing though, pretty sure that the ones that are supposed to be
200B struts are not, so i have to get some struts now, would it be better to
get the 240K struts, or the 200B struts, or even the struts from an R30 or
R31 skyline??
