OK, while we're at it...
I just gotta say that Nissan must be the cleverest bunch of pricks ever to
sit and build a car or 12.
How can one company build cars for 40 years with almost completely
interchangable (meccano) parts between engines/cars and so forth, and
still
keep cracking?
You can take parts off a 40 year old car, bolt them onto a 30 year old
car,
shove a 10 year old engine in, and bolt on some brand new spankn turbos
and
come up with a car that can tear the ass off a brand new $80,000 commodore
bweteen traffic lights for < $20,000. Meccano eat your heart out.
Damn

Subject: L20 engine
Remember something from ages ago about the first L engine, the L20 built
in 1969, was dual cam and was supposedly in the original Japanese local
240Z, and it was inline 6...anyway, I've always fantasised putting a
dual cam head on an L24 (n/a or sc, bored+stroked out to 3098cc on high
CR) or L28 (bored+stroked out to 3098cc, turbocharged...
http://www.drakkan.net/m_01.jpg my custom manifold for turbocharging an
inline L-6)
Anyway i'm Dan, live in NSW ^_^
