Tough call. A lot depends on the hours it has on it and how well it's been 
maintained.

If it's a unit that was in commercial service, maybe $1000-$1500. Residential I 
would say less, but not much if there are service records and it's the original 
installation.

Looks like it's installed. Might want to ask if you have to remove it or if 
someone else is going to do it. That has some value, especially if they are 
paying an electrician to do it.

As a point of reference, when I moved I sold a 25kW water cooled single phase 
unit with under 200 hours and a 100 amp automatic transfer switch (not one if 
those circuit breaker pussy kind, the real deal) for $3900.

I had people breaking down my door to buy it at that price.

This is probably a Generac prepack, brand labeled for Bryant. They brand 
labeled for them up to 125kW.
