You might be able to get a paintless dent repair guy to work those creases out 
of the left rear quarter. They'll probably want you to agree that they might 
crack the paint and won't be responsible if they do.

I've found that the older MB paint is pretty resilient.  I had one of the 
classic dings in the top of the fender on a 108 taken out without damage.  
Worst case, the lines of the car are right and the paint has some cracks.  
That's easier to hide than the dings.
