I spent many weeks in Alamogordo during the early ‘70s but by 1976 I had transferred back to Edwards AFB. Sorry to have left you there… :-)

It was in a motel room in Alamogordo NM along with a NC-141 test aircrew from WPAFB who got stuck in "town" because the test schedule slipped. Alamogordo wasn't much then, maybe now too. I don't recall if Addison was part of that deployment.
