r10620 adds a user preference to switch between translating OSM tags yes/no. If someone could test if the upload is still correct when using translated tags, I would be very much obliged. I believe it is so, but one never knows. To all translators : you can now safely also translate the OSM tags (context Amenities/Highway/landuse). By default these tags do not appear translated for the user unless he says so in his preferences.
