I was just so elated to see we've moved past the "it's the driver" stage,
and thought it might be useful for Jacque and others here to know that
they're not alone in having these problems reported.
As more information becomes available, I will of course send it. I don't
buy HP printers myself, so I'm at as much of a loss on this as yourself,
having to rely on insubstantial information from people who are not in a
position to perform adequate diagnostics. As usual, as time and budget
allow I will continue to devote available resources to helping you
resolve this problem.
