Short of trashing the board, my son is a "micro-miniature" repair tech in the Navy - he is in Norfolk VA right now, and may not have full use of his gear, but he is specifically trained in repairing multi-layer PC boards, and I believe he has the gear to repair things like this. It would be a small chance at best, and probably "free" - but would take some time (since I just went down there last weekend for his birthday and don't intend to do it again soon!)
I will confirm all I have said with him after this post, but if you are at your very last possibility, and the board has not already been "wrecked", and you are willing to have it be deemed "unrepairable", then let me know and maybe we can send it to him to play with. No guarantees, but probably your best last shot! Jack On Fri, Mar 13, 2009 at 11:08 AM, Ed Gorman <[email protected]> wrote: > Are you absolutely sure you "bumped" it?
