I have been working at the same company for 12+ years and well it's been a long time. What is the current way to find a job aka get hired? Not that I need to find a new job, but a friend in FL was notified that all his work is moving overseas. He laughed at the idea of social networks when I suggested he get on Linkedin and set off to crank out more paper resumes to send to job listings on creagslist. Thought this was a tad bit old fashion, am I correct? What is the best advise to give? Is Linkedin the new resume?
