Why would you want it in shift light mode on the street??  I have a shift
light in my track car so I have no need to pay any attention to the tach and
when the light comes on I shift.  I would far prefer that to having the it
in tach mode on the track if I had the Revlight in my trackcar.

I think I'm going to end up mimicking the Targa. I just spent the last 
weekend at Thunderhill and I found that I really liked the centering 
mark on the steering wheel. Getting the revlight into the same part of 
my field of view seems a good thing.

Yeah, I'll add the mode switch and put it in shift light mode on the street.
