What I discovered this weekend is having a centering mark on the wheel 
meant that the mental picture I had of a corner when it "felt right" 
included the steering input in addition to position on the track. This 
was useful, but I tend to be a visual learner.

Adding RPM to that mental picture seems valuable. In fact, the turn 2-6 
complex at Thunderhill is a prime example. I'm too busy to read the tach 
in there, especially in traffic, but having a peripheral vision 
reference to RPM would be a great tool to learn how various lines affect 
exit speed.
