I hate HOAs. I currently live in a square of condos that have a very "old"
membered HOA. They dislike all ideas presented from anyone outside the
board. Over the last two years owners have stopped attending the meetings
because it has become a lost cause. The "circle" gets what they want and
anything outside of it is denied. they waste money, one example would be the
"beautification committee" It beautied up two buildings (conveniently it was
some of the top board members buildings) and then "ran" out of money. I cant
wait to move.
