here's a crazy question, I moved to Seattle but never moved my bank
account.  There is no local branch.  I don't know how I'd get my hands
on the cash, and I don't suppose it'd be safe to send a wire transfer
(who holds the title?).  I think I'd need an escrow service or
something.

just to make it more complicated, I work in California and am only in
Seattle on the weekend.
