If you have the money, buy it, rape the turbo stuff, sell hardtop and car
sparately.  You have the stock parts to put back onto it.  You get very very
cheap turbo kit...now go buy it and post a vid of you tearing it up.

Wow ... why am I buying parts for my car again?

I have a '99 10AE, hard top, hard core rollbar, 70k miles, stock motor,
modified interior (stereo, lighting, gauges).  I always figured I'd drive it
till the wheels fell off, so I've not been shy about customizing it.

I have an LC-1 wideband in a box.

I'm about to buy a Megasquirt, and then start buying turbo gear.

Or ...

I buy this '99 and try to sell mine (maybe $8k?).

Or ...

I buy this '99 and have two Miatas (where do I park Miata number two?).

Or ...

I buy this '99 and steal it's turbo bits, and sell what's left over ...

Hmmm ...

I don't know if it's actually an FM kit.  GT2554R/Hydra professionally
installed and dyno tuned, though.

That is a screaming deal, if I had the money I'd fly out and buy it myself.

FM used kit-at least $2000

Used Hydra-at least $1500

Black Hardtop-at least $1000

There is at least $4500 recovered right there if you part it out, or drive it
like you stole as is.

Someone snag that...

Hydras are all the same, just different harnesses.

Looks like it would at least make a good parts car...I'd happily deal with that
Hydra if the car were 01+

Date: Thursday, August 7, 2008, 2:39 PMHere's the ticket for somebody.  College
kid needs to sell his car for

school money.  He's been dropping the price rapidly ($10K, $9K, now

$6.5K).  Black 99, GT2554R Turbo, Hydra, hardtop, 95K mi.  The only

drawback is a salvage title.  Sell the hardtop though and you've got a

99 Turbo for $5500.

Let me know if you buy it.
