But if you have another leak somewhere else now, running the screw all the
way isn't going to stall the car since you have air coming from somewhere
else.

I was looking for a boost leak, which I found. But yes I still have  
something causing high idle (1200) with the idle screw all the way in.  
I could measure the differential with & w/o the tb, but don't know if  
there's a spec. I do know that when the idle was proper, I could stall  
the engine by running the idle screw all the way in (closed).
