Those sleeves are designed to repair a groove worn in the crankshaft by
the oil seal. It will be installed back beyond the keyway area and
would not affect the area where the keyway resides.

Subject: 95 crank diametor

Hi. I have a 95 fm2 with 100k. Timing belt repaced at 85k. While Un
turboing my car for smog ( Ca.) I noticed the pully wobbling and with
the timing light it looks like the timing varies plus or minus 2 a few
times a second. the car seems really sluggish below 3k rpm.
I pulled the pully and timing gear and found that the key was broken in
half. A guy suggested that I put in a crank sleeve around the crank.
Aparently you slip it over the crank and tap it in under the first
bearing. but I need to know the diameter of the crank where it hits the
first bearing. the measurment has to be down to the thousanth of an
inch.

does anyone know the size? ( in inches or mm.) thanks, John
