I¹ve done the loctite fix on 2 engines now, and in both of them, the pulley
boss that the pulley bolts to had damage similar to that of the keyway.  As
a result, I had to replace the boss.

Inspect yours carefully for damage.  If the key slot is damaged, just
replace the boss and then you don¹t have to worry about sheared bolts.
