Chris,
It's actually been a good lesson in the physics involved in
using and creating energy and I have appreciated all the responses I have
received. Indeed, there is no free lunch but the use of solar power to heat
water
diverted through a panel is probably the closest I'll come and a very good
solution I have concluded. There is much information on the subject as well.
