Heh heh, okay I'm going to start from the bottom here and work my way up. You'll notice I do that offten, I'm not sure why, perhaps it is my bad short term memory, so that the last thing I read is the first thing in my head, whatever, but here we go.
That's good and joyly decent of you old chap. In a nutshell then Sikhi teaches the belife in one god, and that God can be 'realised' (that is to say that we can overcome our false belife that we are seperated from God) by meditation upon God, by doing work for the community (that is the global one) and by keeping company of holy people. Unlike other religoins our holy scripture was written by the founders of the religioin, the ten Sikh Gurus, and at the death of our last human Guru (Guru Gobhind Singh) was pronouced by him to be the everlasting Guru and so renamed from the Adi Granth (Punjabi --(lit) first book) to Guru Granth Sahib. So we have the strange thing of regarding our holy scripture as a living Guru. In addition we are taught that all religoins can lead to God, one can be a Muslim and as long meditiation(Simran) and good works (Seva) and keeping the company of the Sahd Sangat(holy congregation) is done then God realisation(Gurmukh) can happen. In fact much of Guru Granth Sahib is taken up in this sort of thing, asking Muslims to let good works be their prayer mats, and Hindus to let Simran be their sacred thread etc..
