I get your point and would agree that the mind is a very powerful tool. If I had to go with a faith healing it would only be on my own accord, internally within my own mind. I can't buy into a group of people standing around in hopes that someone is going to get healed. Perhaps the *girl who died, and if she had a powerful enough mind, which she most likely didn't at her age, could have had some affect on her health. But for the parents to think that "they" were going to heal her through prayer was a ridiculous notion. I think the parents received justice. It is one thing when medical treatment is not available to resort to whatever means possible but in this case the parents used the girl as an experiment, one which failed miserably.
