Yes I can sorta see where you are going with this one Chris, and correct me if I'm wrong but is your thinking along the lines of higher pay packets = higher skills?
Yes I agree, this is the way things currently work. Mind you I have been thinking lately about pride in ones work, a thing that over the years I have witnessed the diminishing of. I wonder what the cause could be of that, and my thoughts turn towards unethical treatment of workers in the name of higher profit, umm then again that may well be the raving Socialist inside me trying to crawl out?
