I agree to both, yet have had enough personal experiences that I
cannot fairly represent mathematically that have confirmed to me the
reality of what I say.

The direct experiences, though, outweigh the requirement, for me.
Unfortunately, they do not have the same effect on yourself and
others, which is why, without direct experience, we are left to
'believe'. But, the fact that you have not had the experiences, I
won't hold against you and so, I offer freely, what I know, to all.

I very much doubt you'll have to pay for one. Most of the
regulars, here, will be included in the special acknowledgements, as I
could not have done it without you all. I can't imagine anyone
included in the special acknowledgements (that are still alive, that
is...some are already gone) as not having a signed copy free of
charge.
