On a more general level you're right of course, in the sense that the past is always there in the present, and that some Nazi idealogues (I don't think Hitler's own educational level would have given any deep insight into philosophy) would have been acquainted with Kant's work. In the same way, Nazi ideology took over some ideas of Nietzsche (eg. the "Übermensch"), without really understanding his philosophy (and conveniently forgetting that Nietzsche couldn't stand anti-semitism, for example, and broke off his friendship to Wagner over precisely this issue). Naziism/Fascism are bastard, incoherent developments out of many trends and memes in the history of western thought.
