I'm still spot on in declaring that guilt is only a possibility for
those involved as there has yet to be any smoking gun incriminating
evidence. You Mr. Frank had brought your wife in here Not me!
Further you actually give credibility to the "Media" as a reliable
form of judgment when the fact is they are hardly anything more than a
gossip tabloid and that makes you look foolish. The only "real" way to
follow this case is to be physically in the courtroom during the
trial.
I think Archy is spot on in placing a higher degree of suspicion on
Rudy Guede, who as I said before had sex with Kercher before the
murder, admitted that Knox was Not there at the time of the murder,
conveniently claimed to be listening to his ipod and unable to hear
anything, has a criminal history and fled the country after the
murder. His psuedo adopted father described him as a "tremendous liar"
who skipped school and was reluctant to do any work.
Meanwhile it is also possible that Knox and Sollecito were out at the
time and came home to the murder later. Even if Knox and Kercher were
arguing about Amanda's cleanliness and promiscuity I don't see that as
being a reason for Knox to kill Kercher.
It is still possible that all three are guilty in a collusive murder
based upon a sordid relationship gone wrong. I have no patriotism in
this case nor any special affection for Americans abroad as you so
hastily conclude and of which I've provided no indication of. I've
made clear statements that are not biased towards anyone's innocence
but clearly addressed the case without drawing conclusions.
The fact that Kercher was murdered and that someone must pay for the
crime does not mean Knox is guilty of the murder. The evidence is weak
and I think because the case has drawn so much attention to the
Italian judicial system, the Italians have also conveniently found
everyone guilty, which now gives them another year to sort things out
further. Hopefully the appeals process will be more efficient.
There are scores of people who have been on death row for 20/30 years
and have been found "not guilty" thanks to DNA evidence. I imagine
they were found guilty by your "media style" judicial system.
