Perhaps I’m blind. I see nothing at all different about “some moral code” today than in the past. Humans innately have a sense of right/ wrong…always have…most likely always will. However, I have no doubt that some people tend to focus on the ‘rules’ more than others. This is obvious to those of us who do not share this preoccupation. Other than this all too common imbalance, how are the rules any more of a plague today than in the past?
