OM, your last three posts here seem quite cantankerous, missing the spirit for the letter ...
01 Water from high up falls to a lower level. It gets pulled down simply because the difference of levels exist, with that pervasive force called gravity in the background. So, too, the happy, forgiving, liberated and fearless state of being is given up in favour of narrow identity, coiled up on its possessions, fearful of not getting what it desires and of losing what it possesses. A definite pull down ! 02 Tyrannical baggages from past are easy to understand. The Upanishad says : Those who do not know are in the dark. Those who are ( professionally ) engaged in their knowledge are in still greater darkness ! The tyranny of the masters ( of yore ) is often spoken of, when the spirit disappears and letters alone remain in its stead. 03 Regarding the state, we only have to look at it in the view of aborigines or tribes that used to dwell in the forest. They'd have minimal oversight by community leaders and would have not even heard of such priviledged groups like the bureaucracy or the police ! May I add that the art of synthesising is far greater than the science of analysis.
