For me, I've never understood polygamy or polyandry. One at a time was always too much for me. But then I was always best alone. It just took me a number of decades to realize it. It would have been nice if someone had shown me when I was younger that I was different, that I wasn't going to fit the standard mold. I might have saved myself and a few others a fair deal of heartbreak.
