You have to start with the defining murder
noun1 the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another:

verb[*with object*] 1 kill (someone) unlawfully and with premeditation:

Personally I think a more accurate definition 1 kill with premeditation
or where it is not in other than defense.

This is a very difficult subject that is often twisted to meet the desires
of the person presenting the argument.. though as compelling as it may
seem it is one thing spiritually one should simply not do it at all
avoidable and avoid situations that put one in the position that would
require taking a life..

And that is a hard position to take,, especially when a person is a police
officer sometime a situation may arise that it becomes necessary but the act
should never be taken lightly and great care needs to be taken.

Those that kill in the name of God or Allah really have a problem simply
because when that answer for their actions they will be reminded that
Allah's law simply states that a person should not commit murder and that
include stoning to death.
