To my understanding the human is much like his more primitive kin, and we 
are all specialised in different manners due to evolutionary/kinship 
reasons. I agree wolves make reasons much like people do, however our 
reasoning can get very complicated (even defeatingly), though the analytical 
prowess allows us to abstract and solve what would be insurmountable to the 
wolf. What the wolf does in instinct alone I think man would fall short of 
today, we've domesticated all our hunts so what we have left to hunt is man. 
All the instincts or our ancestors are in us still.
